As week three of the NBA offseason comes to a close, the NBA summer league has its championship tonight, signaling the end of basketball for the NBA until the start of the season in mid-October.

Cam Spencer signs a 4-year $10.5 million renegotiation contract with the Grizzlies.
Wednesday, July 16th,
Bradley Beal and the Phoenix Suns agreed to a buyout. Beal needed to give back $13.9 million in salary for his contract in total so the Suns could waive and stretch him, similar to the Bucks and Damian Lillard deal. Beal will then sign a 2-year $11 million deal with the Clippers.
Thursday, July 17th,
Damian Lillard and the Portland Trailblazers agreed to a 3-year $42 million deal for the franchise legend to return.
Derik Queen will miss at least 12 weeks after having surgery on his wrist due to a torn ligament. Tough start to the season already for the Pelicans.
Saturday, July 19th
Marcus Smart reaches a buyout with the Washington Wizards and will sign a 2-year $11 million deal with the Lakers. In conjunction with this, the Lakers waived Shake Milton, opening up salary for Smart to join the team below the first apron.
